How do I search for products?

Click on the category name on the left of the homepage to view the products we have within those categories. You can also use the search bar located at the top of our homepage to find your preferred products.

How do I place an order on your website?

Once you have found your preferred product, just follow the steps below:

• Select a preferred color/size and then click on ‘buy this now’, to add this product into your cart.
• Click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ tab to complete your order process
• At checkout, you will need to fill in your personal details and shipping address if you are a new customer.
• Click on your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button

How do I register?

Kindly click on the account tab located at the top right end of our homepage.
A screen pops up will ask you to login if you are an existing customer or to continue if you are a new customer.
Once you click on continue, you will be required to fill in some personal information. After updating the required fields, click on the submit tab to create your account.

Do you sell unused or fairly used products?

We sell brand new as well as used product but we ensure the exact condition of the product. We assure you authenticity and originality.

How can I sell my products on your website?

Hafzan is the largest Online retail platform in Pakistan enabling businesses to sell directly to the millions of consumers throughout Pakistan.

What if I cannot find my particular product on Hafzan?

If we do not currently have your particular item, please inform us as we are always looking to broaden our product selection and keep our customers satisfied. However, we have a variety of other products that are similar to what you want.

Shipping & Delivery

Can you deliver to me outside Sialkot?
Yes, Hafzan delivers products to customers anywhere in Pakistan. We have a partnership with TCS, Leopard and AIG for deliveries outside our cash on delivery (COD) locations

Can you deliver outside Pakistan?

Yes we deliver outside Pakistan. Soon we are going to start cash on delivery (COD) Service in Gulf countries like U.A.E, Qatar. Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Etc.

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

Our standard delivery timeline is 4-7 Working days. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email of text Message to confirm that your package is on its way. You will also be contacted by our dispatch personnel on the day of delivery.

Do you have an office address?

Yes we do. Our corporate office is located in Sialkot. However, since we are an online store, we do not have physical showrooms. Once we receive your order, we will deliver it to your doorstep.

Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

Hafzan offers delivery services because of the goal of convenience. We do not encourage our customers to come to our office since products can be brought to their door steps

How do you charge for shipping?

A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address.

I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 10 day returns.

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 10 days from delivery.
Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Fragile items, hygiene related items

I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?

If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 10 days to return them, keeping the below rules in mind:
The item is not on the Non-Returnable list.
You can’t return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.

Can I return Clothing & Fashion accessories?

A. You can return any Clothing item or Fashion accessory within 10 days in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact, as long as the item is:
Not listed in the Non-Returnable List.
not Clearance Items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
in the same condition as received and with the original packaging box and tags attached

What are the items that cannot be returned?

The items that cannot be returned are:
Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.

How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.

Can I schedule time with the courier to return an item?

At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a return item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.

Can I return my item after 10 days?

There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 15 days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team ((+90)-300-6291264) or through the Contact Us page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on case by case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.

Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?

At the moment, Hafzan does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however you can still return an item and receive a full refund.

I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?

We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact our Customer Service Team ((+92)-300-629 1264).

What does it mean by ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed & Closed Box)?

A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.

Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere?

At the moment, the item can be returned to us only though one of our assigned courier services.

Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?

You can return an item for free within 10 days from delivery date, were by covers all the shipping charges.

Where can I find the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill?

Once you place a request to return an item, the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item for FREE.

FAQS About Warranty

The serial number has been removed from the item’s box, what do I do?

If the serial number is removed from the item’s box, we will not be able to cover the costs of repair. Please make sure not to tamper with the serial number or remove it. In case this happens, please contact us, we might be able to help.

Can I repair any kind of damage if my item is covered by a damage protection plan?

Damage protection warranty plans help cover accidents such as cracked screens, drops, and water spills. The warranty will not apply to any damages caused by:
– Cosmetic damage
– Deliberately damaging or neglecting the item
– Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions

What if I bought an item from outside Pakistan through international shipping

service offered by and I want to repair it?
All items bought through, including outside Pakistan, can be repaired within Pakistan. All you have to do is contact us to send it for repair!

How many times can an item be sent for electronic malfunction repairs under Warranties?

Your item will benefit of unlimited electronic malfunction repairs, if it’s covered by any of Warranties

Do I have to bear any repair costs for an item that is covered by Extended Warranty?

When repairing your item under a warranty you will not bear any extra repair costs. However, if you have a Damage Protection warranty and the repair falls under damage repair, you will have to pay a deductible of 1000 PKR.

The item has a manufacturer warranty can I extend it? currently doesn’t offer extended warranty on the items that fall under manufacturer warranty.

Can I extend the warranty after purchasing the item?

Unfortunately you can only purchase a warranty for an item during the process of buying the item. After the payment is done you will not be able to purchase a warranty.
